诱发突变技术在小麦育种研究中的应用

摘    要:诱发突变技术在小麦育种中具有重要作用。简要介绍了60Co-γ和EMS的诱变原理,诱变剂量的选择,诱变材料的选择以及其在小麦育种中的应用,进一步阐述了这2种诱变技术的相同点与不同点,最后分析了小麦育种现状以及诱变育种在小麦中的应用前景。

Abstract:Induced mutation has become one of powerful tools with the development of genetics research.This paper briefly reviewed two common technologies including physical and chemical treatment,such as ^60Co-γ and EMS,summarized a clear knowledge of principles about induced wheat mutation breeding,mutagenesis methods and mutagen selection.Further expounds the identical and difference of the two technologies,and finally analyses the research status and its application in wheat breeding improvement.
