| 摘 要： | 从山东定陶引进6个优良无性系进行硬枝扦插结果表明:1.生根率以1号、42号较高,分别为94.2％,87.7％;7号、68号次之,分别为81.2％、80.7％;78号、59号偏低,分别为68.3％、66.9％。2.插穗粗度与生根、成苗呈正相关。3.激素处理以50ppm效果较好,100ppm次之,30ppm较差。

| Abstract: | The test results of the hard cutting of six clones in Robinia pseudocacia introduced from Dingtao.Sandong,indicated that:l, from higher to lower, the sequential rank of their rooting rates are clone 1, clone 42, clone 7, clone 68, clone 78, and clone 59, reached 94.2%, 87.7%, 81.2%,80.7%, 68.3%, and 66.9%, respectively; 2, there is a positive correlation between cutting diameter, servival rate of sapling, and the rooting; 3, the best result treated with auxin is 50 ppm, then 100 ppm and 30 ppm. |
