中国棉叶螨各近似种的区分和分布的研究

摘    要:对中国6个棉叶螨近似种区分和分布的研究结果表明,朱砂叶螨,截形叶螨和神泽氏叶为红色;二斑叶螨,土耳其斯坦叶螨和敦煌叶螨为绿色,除朱砂叶螨雌成螨足I胫节刚毛有8,9,10,12和13根等多种数量变异外,其余各种叶螨均为10根。朱砂叶螨,二斑叶螨和截形叶螨杂交反应表现安全的生殖隔离,属3个完全独立的种。6种棉叶螨阳具形状和大小也有一定的差异。根据上述特征可以有效地鉴别6个棉叶螨的似种;土耳其斯坦叶螨和

Abstract:The female adults of Tetranychus cinnabarinus,T. truncatus and T. kanzawai are red while those of T. urticae,T. tuTkestani and T. dunhuangensis green. The female adults of the above -said species all have 10 setae of the leg I tibia except for T. cinnabarinus whose individuals have 8, 9, 10, 12 or 13 setae. Hybridization experiments showed complete reproductive isolations between T. cinnabarinus,T. urticae and T. truncatus. The above six species are all different in shape and size of aedeagal terminal knob. According to these chracteristics the six sibling species can be effectively identified. T. cinnabarinus the most widely distributed species among the six species. T. turkestani and T. dunhuangeniss are limited in the northwestern inland cotton producing zones; T. urticae infests fruit trees and flower plants in Beijing,Tianshui and a few other places,and is not found to attack any cotton producing zones yet. T. truncatus and T. kanzawai are distributed by mixed groups in both yangtze River Valley and Yellow River Valley cotton producing zones.
