On the Philosophical, Scientific and Time Nature of the Scientific Outlook on Development

As a great theoretical innovation on Marxism, the scientific outlook on development in China is the major ideological transformation strategy for the sound and sustained progress in the transformation process of modernization of the country. With its implementation in practice, we have obtained a more profound understanding of its connotation and significance and come to the conclusion that the scientific outlook on development manifests itself as a Marxist philosophy that has been adapted to the special conditions of China and to the contemporary time.
