| 摘 要： | 在兴山有代表性的烟区取上部叶B2F(上橘二)、中部叶C3F(中橘三)和下部叶X2F(下橘二)3个等级样品,进行常规化学成分分析并与津巴布韦优质烟叶进行比较。结果表明:兴山烟区化学成分含量基本上在适宜范围之内,其中,上橘二和下橘二的中性致香物质与津巴布韦烟叶在总量上大致相当,中橘三的中性致香物质明显高于津巴布韦烟叶;兴山烟叶的酸性成分总量比津巴布韦烟叶高;不同部位多酚化合物含量及多酚总量不同,中上部兴山烟叶高于津巴布韦烟叶,下部兴山烟叶略低。
