| 摘 要： | 假植组培苗的苗床基质要求疏松透气,假植前,要预先消毒,以防细菌、霉菌感染;假植后两个星期内必须搭棚覆盖塑料薄膜,或采用大棚内移植,以保湿、保温;水肥管理是一重要环节;还必须及时治虫、防鼠,提高幼苗成活率。

| Abstract: | the seed bed base material of pre-planting tissue cultured seedling must be soft and ventilated,and must be disinfected to prevent infection of bacteria and mould before pre-planting.plasthouse must be set up and covered with plast film in two weeks after pre-planting,or obtained moved culture to plasthouse to keep the humidity and temperature;water fertilizer management is an important step;and must control insect and rats to increase the survival ratio. |
