摘    要:由于信息不对称,外部利益相关者和内部人员在评价信息质量时结果存在差异。在分析内部信息质量评价特征的基础上,提出了组织内部评价信息质量时的过程模型。借鉴软件设计的方法,该模型从利益相关者、责任、实现、过程等4个方面来分析和评价信息质量。

Abstract:Due to information asymmetry, there is a gap between outside stakeholders and inside employee when they assess the quality of information. This paper has analyzed the feature of internal assessment of information quality. Based on this, the paper has introduced a process model of assessing internal information quality within the organization. By using the methods of software design, the model has included analyzing and assessing information quality from four aspects, including stakeholders, responsibility, implementation and process.
