| 摘 要： | 从小型饲料加工厂的工艺过程分析出发,以吨产品成本最低为目标,采用{0,1}整数规划、矩阵决策等方法,对小型饲料加工厂的计量混合系统、粉料成品输送系统、加料系统等主要部分的工艺过程和设备配置,提出了优化设计的方法.应用于仙游县饲料厂和汕头市食品进出口公司畜牧场饲料厂的设计上.

| Abstract: | From the Viewpoint of analysing technological process in a small feed pro- cessing factorg,we preliminarily make an optimum disign aiming at the towest cost of prod- ucts in each ton.The design includes technological process and equipment disposition for the main parts of measured mixing,prodnct carrying and feeding syctems etc.in the feed pro- cessing factory.The methods of{0,1}Integer Programming and Matrix Dicision etc.are used in it.This optimum design has been applied to Xianyou Feed-processing Factory and Shantou Food Import and Export Corporation Feed-processing Factory. |
