千里光属含倍半萜化合物物种学名考证

摘    要:目的]植物化学研究中普遍存在学名混乱导致化合物基源不清的问题,建议重视物种鉴定,从源头上杜绝学名混乱现象,从而保证科学研究的严谨性。方法]通过文献考证,研究截至目前千里光属已报道的共149种含有倍半萜化合物的物种。结果]已转移属的物种有26种,有多达56种存在学名问题,其中异名种33种,裸名种15种,尚未确定名种8种。结论]这种学术研究本源的不规范导致分离得到的化合物与载体植物张冠李戴,使得研究的可信度降低。

Abstract: Objective ] It is common in phytochemistry study that the confusion of scientific names leads to unclear original plant species of compounds. The confusion and misunderstanding in original study would lead to mistaken identity between the compounds and its corresponding species, reducing the credibility of the results. Result] At present, sesquiterpene compounds had been reported in 149 species in Senecio. Result] We conducted literature research study and found that: up to 56 problematic scientific names in the study of Senecio, including 33 synonym species, 15 nomen nudum species and 8 unresolved name species. In addition, 26 problematic species lransferred into ten other genera. Conclusion] We summarized the reasons for this situation and suggest to pay more attention to species identification.
