摘    要:[目的]测定金银花中重金属的含量。[方法]将金银花样品经微波消解,建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定中药金银花中5种重金属(Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb)含量的方法。[结果]5种元素在各自线性范围内线性系数R0.999 5,加标回收率在93.5%~98.6%,5次重复性试验的相对标准偏差RSD≤4.82%。[结论]该方法前处理简便、快速,检测准确、灵敏度高。

Simultaneous Determination of Heavy Metals in Honeysuckle by ICP-MS

Abstract:[ Objective ] To determine heavy metal content in honeysuckle. [ Method ] A simultaneous determination method of heavy metals, including Cu, As, Cd, Pb and Hg, in honeysuckle by ICP-MS combined with microwave digestion was established. Sample was digested by microwave and then analyzed by ICP-MS for determination of 5 heavy metals. [ Result] The correlative coefficients of calibration curves for analytes were all above 0.999 5. The recoveries were in the range of 93.5% - 98.6% , and RSDs were not more than 4.82%. [ Conelusion] The method is convenient, quick, accurate and highly sensitive for the determination of heavy metals in honeysuckle.
