| 摘 要： | 河北省作为一个农业大省,包括合作医疗形式在内的农村医疗保障的覆盖率很低,且在实施合作医疗的过程中出现了很多问题。从河北省合作医疗存在的问题出发,分析了单纯的合作医疗制度并不适合广大农村的发展,指出只有构建多层次的农村医疗保障体系,才能适合河北省农村的发展。

| Abstract: | As a major agricultural province,Hebei Province medical security coverage is very low,and there are a lot of problems in the process of the implementation of cooperative medical system.Based on the problems in cooperative medical care,A simple majority of the rural cooperative medical system is not suitable for the development of the province,and building a multi-level rural medical security system can be suitable for the development of rural areas. |
