摘    要:水力压裂施工过程中压裂液将通过垂直裂缝面滤失,造成裂缝壁面的伤害,产生附加压降,降低油气井的产能。根据对压裂液滤失量及滤失深度的推导,得出了一套考虑压裂液滤失的表皮系数简单计算方法,同时考虑了造壁和非造壁2种情况下的滤失模型,并以拟稳定条件下压裂井产能预测模型为基础,就裂缝面滤失伤害对压裂井产能的影响进行了研究。通过实例计算分析,结果表明低渗透层的压裂液滤失更容易造成产能的下降。

Abstract:During hydraulic fracturing,fulids were losed through vertical fractures and caused damage on fracture surface,by which additional pressure drop was induced to reduce the oil productivity.Based on the derivation of fracturing fluid loss ard filtration depth,a set of simplified methods for calculating of skin factors considering fluid loss was obtained.And the filtration model considering wall building and non-wall building was established.On the basis of productivity prediction model for pseudo-steady condition,the effect of its damage on fracturing well productivity was studied.The result shows that low permeability fracturing fluid is easy to result in low productivity.
