森林资源的化学利用

摘    要:本文阐述了利用森林资源生产化学产品的必要性和重要意义,讨论了作为化工原料的可行性。对化学利用的方法、主要产品及其用途,需要解决的技术问题、利用现状和可能的发展作了简单介绍。针对我国的具体情况,就开展化学利用的研究提出了初步建议。

Abstract:As the limitation of the world's fossil raw materials has been widely recongnized, a world-wide increase of interest can be noticed in the field of chemical utilization of wood and biomass in recent years. In this paper, the necessity and potential significance of the only renewable resource, biomass, especially the forest biomass for the production of chemicals in meeting future chemical needs were described. The economic feasibility for production of certain major chemicals from lignocellulosic material at present and in the future was discussed. The production processes, the main chemical products from cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, and some of their uses both as macromolecular and low-moleculear-weight compounds are briefly introduced. The methods of wood processing being used and tested for production of chemicals, such as pyrolysis, gasification, liquefaction and saccharification were also mentioned. The new technology being developed, such as the use of enzymes for cellulose hydrolysis, the fermentation and use of solvents for separation of lignin and cellulose, the researches required for chemical utilization of woody material in the future were figured out. Finally, some suggestions to the development of producing chemicals from forest resource in China were made.
