论强化图书馆信息职能主要途径的信息论基础

信息技术的飞速发展及知识经济的兴起，引发了信息用户信息需求的巨大变化，信息服务的方式也应随之而变化。本文论述了在网络环境下，高校面临的新形势及新特点。结合本馆的信息化建设，提出了发挥图书馆信息职能的信息论途径。旨在进一步开拓信息渠道，寻求新的信息服务模式，为教学和科研服务。最大限度地满足信息用户的信息需求。

On Informatics Basis of Major Means for Strengthening Library in Informational Functions

Due to the rapid development of information technology and the rising of knowledge economy, great changes have taken place in clients' information needs and the method of information service should change along with it. By combining with IT application in the library, the paper has put forward recommendations of bringing the informatics means of library information functions, with the aims of further exploring information channel, looking for new information service models, serving education and research so as to meet the information demand of the clients in an all-round way.
