柳蒿芽挥发性成分的SPME-GC/MS分析

摘    要:[目的]对柳蒿芽挥发性成分进行研究。[方法]采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对柳蒿芽挥发性化学成分进行分离鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。[结果]从柳蒿芽挥发性物质中共分离出了69种成分,其中62种成分被鉴定清楚,并测定了各组分相对含量,包括β-月桂烯(7.60%)、(顺)-1,8-萜二醇内醚(9.29%)、3,3,6-三甲基-1,5-庚二烯-4-醇(7.02%)、(S)-顺马鞭烯醇(7.05%)、蒿醇(2.64%)、2,6,6-三甲基-双环[3,1,1]-2-庚烯-4醇-乙酸酯(5.72%)、石竹烯(4.11%)、(Z)-β-法呢烯(10.61%)、大=牛儿烯D(8.07%)、α-佛手柑油烯(10.62%)等。[结论]通过对柳蒿芽挥发性成分的研究,为柳蒿资源的进一步开发利用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:[Objective] To analyze the chemical components in fresh leaves of Artemisia integrifolia L.and their relative content.[Method] Under optimized extraction conditions,headspace solid-phase micro extraction(HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to the extraction and determination of the volatile constituents in fresh leaves of Artemisia integrifolia L.[Result] A total of 69 peaks were separated and 62 constituents were identified.The relative of each constituent was determined,including beta-myrcene(7.60%),eucalyptol(4.09%),3,3,6-trimethyl-1,5-heptadien-4-ol(7.02%),(S)-cis-Verbenol(7.05%),artemesia alcohol(2.64%),bicyclohept-2-en-4-ol,2,6,6-trimethyl-,acetate(5.72%),caryophyllene(4.11%),(z)-beta.-farnesene(10.61%),germacrene D(8.07%),alpha-bergamotene(10.62%) etc.[Conclusion] The study on the volatile constituents from fresh leaves of Artemisia integrifolia L.provides the test basis for the further development and utilization of Artemisia integrifolia L.resources.
