芸苔属作物种皮形态学研究

摘    要:用扫描电镜对芸苔属作物6种4变种,32个品种的种皮表面纹饰进行了系统研究。结果表明,种皮表面纹饰可分为基本网纹与次要网纹,利用这两种网纹的特征,可以将绝大多数种或变种区分开,并能对某些作物的部分品种进行鉴定,同时把其它品种分成多组;种皮纹饰较花粉形态具有更高的分类价值。本文还就不同作物间的进化关系及种皮纹饰在种子鉴定方面的应用问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:The ornamentation of seed coats (OSC) in Brassica crops, including 32 cultivars in 6 species and 4 varieties, was investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy systematically. The OSC can be classed into the principal reticulum(PR) and the secondary reticulum(SR). With the characteristics of both PR and SR, most of the spicccs and varieties can be identified, and the cultivars in some crops can be determined. So,OSC has a higher taxo-nomic value than the. pollen morphology. The evolutional relationships of Brassica crops and the application of OSC to the seed certification are discussed as well.
