Abstract: | In vitro propagated Gladiolus plantlets cultivar ‘Eurovision’, subcultured to a pretransplanting low-mineral and sucrose medium under high irradiance flux, developed functional roots, and after transfer to non-aseptic conditions, continued to grow without becoming dormant.Transplanted plantlets, after hardening, produced larger-size plants and cormlets (small corms) under non-aseptic conditions than formed in vitro, thus shortening the time for the propagation of large-size cormlets. |
