| 摘 要： | 用浅盘法对四川省10个县的棉枯萎病圃和连作重枯萎病土壤进行线虫的分离和鉴定,共检出植物寄生线虫7个属、5个种.其中,肾形线虫(Rotylenchulus reniformis)、穿刺根腐线虫(Pratylenchus penetra)和矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus spp.)分布广,发生频率高,数量大,是棉田的主要种群。

| Abstract: | Seven genera and five species of plant parasitic nematodes were isolated and identified in the soil of cotton fields heavily infested with Fusarium wilt(Fusarium vasinfectum)in 10 counties of Sichuan Province.Rotylenchulus reniformia,Pratylenchus penetra and Tylenchorhynchus spp.were shown to be the dominant populations of parasitic nematodes in cotton fields in Sichuan owing to their wide distribution,high occurrence frequency and great occurrence quantity. |
