线性规划人工饲料中粗蛋白含量对家蚕若干生理性状的影响

以线性规划法为主要手段 ,以豆粕粉为主要蛋白源 ,设计出粗蛋白含量不同的家蚕人工饲料配方 (简称LP饲料 ) ,并测定了粗蛋白含量与家蚕消化吸收、饲料效率、肠液蛋白酶活性、茧质、蚕体生长及丝腺生长等生理性状的关系。随着LP饲料中豆粕粉和粗蛋白含量的增加 ,蚕的饲料效率提高 ,但超过一定限度 ,蚕的摄食性和消化吸收机能被抑制 ,生长发育不良。从各项指标综合考虑 ,人工饲料中粗蛋白含量以 2 5 %左右为宜 ,豆粕粉的适宜添加量为 30 %～ 35 %。

Effects of Crude Protein Content in LP Artificial Diets on Some Physiological Characters of Silkworm

In this article,using linear programming as a main method and solvent extracted soybean powder as protein source,the authors designed a recipe with regard to artificial diet with different crude protein content(be called LP diets for short),and determined the relationships among crude protein content and silkworm digestion and ingestion,dietary efficiency,intestinal juice protease activity,cocoon quality,silkworm growth,silk glands growth and other physiological characters.With the amount of solvent extracted soybean powder and crude protein content in LP diets increasing,the dietary efficiency increased.But when the amount going beyond the limit,the feeding habit and function of digestion and ingestion were restrained and the silkworm grew unhealthy.By comprehensive consideration about all the indexes,the suitable crude protein content was about 25% and the additive amount of solvent extracted soybean powder was 30%～35%.
