摘    要:餐饮作为旅游景区一项重要的服务内容,其安全问题直接关系到游客身体健康和生命安全。目前,中国旅游景区餐饮监管仍存在日常监管松散、防范机制不健全、监测难度高、餐饮企业控制制度缺失、落实力度不够等问题,应借鉴北京奥运会、上海世博会食品监管的成功经验,建立垂直监管、日常监管、自我约束、食品追溯、社会监督、应急处理等机制在内的旅游景区餐饮食品监管机制。

Abstract:Food safety is of great importance to the construction of tourism safety.The problems of tourist food sometimes occur in dining places of tourist attractions.There exist such problems as emergent group incident,generalized food origin,complexity of supervision and multi-sector supervision.In view of these problems,the paper points out that a series of supervision mechanisms of food safety in tourist attractions should be established,including unity of command,sectional supervision,self-restraint mechanism,food traceability system,social supervision mechanism and emergency treatment mechanism.
