| 摘 要： | 近些年来,北京市加大对三农的投入力度,在建设都市型现代农业方面迈出了重要步伐。在试图了解产业发展状况的过程中,对产业结构专业化的研究能够充分了解北京市农业的集聚水平和规模化效应,进而明确其发展水平并找出差距。本文作者分析的结论表明,北京市农业自身的生产率较高,表现为较高的人均产量系数与人均产值系数,但与其他地区与其他产业相比则比重较低,表现为较低的区位商系数与地区产业区域输出系数。
