| 摘 要： | 联合收割机行走速度控制合理时,既能保证收割质量,又能提高生产效率,对其行走装置控制系统的研究是十分必要的。综合考虑影响收割机行走速度的各种因素,发现喂入量对其影响最大,因此所研究的联合收割机行走速度控制系统主要是基于喂入量的。系统根据喂入量大小的变化实时控制收割机的行走速度,保证其处于合理的范围之内,主要包括系统的硬件和软件设计两部分,其中硬件设计包含喂入量测定传感器的选择、行走速度的测定以及整个硬件结构工作流程。为此,针对硬件的功能对控制系统进行了相应软件模块的设计。
