深根茎中药材双重振动挖掘机构的研究

摘    要:为了更有效地减少深根茎中药材挖掘的挖掘阻力,借助Pro/E软件,建立了深根茎中药材双重振动挖掘机构零部件的数字化实体模型,并对深根茎中药材挖掘机构的关键部件—挖掘铲和犁刀的工作状态进行了动态仿真,分析了铲尖和刀尖的运动参数曲线;最后,进行了挖掘机构的田间试验研究。结果表明,铲尖和刀尖的运动符合设计要求;采用双重振动原理实现的挖掘机构可有效地减小挖掘阻力。

Abstract:In order to more effectively reduce the digging resistance of deep-root Chinese herbal medicines,in this paper,the digital models for parts and components the of deep-root Chinese herbal medicines dual-vibration mechanism was established with the aid of the Pro/E software.It has carried on the dynamic simulation to vibrospade and coulter,which are the key parts of digging mechanism of deep-root Chinese herbal medicines and also has analyzed the movement parametric curves of their tips.Finally,the field expe...
