稻瘟病菌毒素对水稻愈伤组织防御酶系的诱导

摘    要:稻瘟病菌毒素对不稻愈伤组织的防御酶系(PAL、SOD、PO)具有一定的诱导作用。毒素处理后,不同抗性品种的PAL酶活性增加,均在4h达到最大值;抗病品种SOD酶活性8h达高峰,而感病品种SOD酶活性4h达高峰,之后均下降低于对照水平;抗病品种PO酶活性上升,8h达高峰,而感病品种PO酶活性下降。

Abstract:Toxin of P. grisea had an inductive function on defensive enzymes in the calli of rice. After treatment with toxin, the PAL activity of different resistant cultivars(cv.) rose evidently and to a peak after 4h; the SOD activity of resistant(R) cv. reached the maximum after 8h and that of susceptible(S) cv. did so after 4h; the PO activity of R cv. increased to peak after 8h, that of S cv. decreased.
