石榴树叶中鞣质含量测定

摘    要:采用干酪素法测定石榴树叶中鞣质含量。结果表明,石榴叶鞣质含量在1.001 6-6.009 6μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,R=0.999 5;样品平均加标回收率为96.04%,SD为0.012 6%,RSD为2.03%(n=6)。此法准确可靠,重现性好。

Abstract:The content of tannin in pomegranate leaves was determined by casein method.The results showed that there was a good relationship between gallic acid concentration and its absorbance with a linear range of 1.001 6 to 6.009 6μg/mL.The average spike recovery was 85.81% with the SD of 0.066% and the RSD of 1.18%(n=6).The method is accurate,credible and reproducible to determine the tannin content in pomegranate leaves.
