摘    要:从上海郊区主要设施蔬菜栽培区采集多种茄果类蔬菜,在它们幼苗体内分离内生细菌,从得到的内生菌再经有菌和无菌状态下复筛得到81株优势菌,并进行抗生素抗性筛选,获得了一些具有不同抗性的细菌,其中有些菌株对多种抗生素都具有抗性。以此类菌作为标记菌进行回接试验,在自然条件下成功的从植株茎基部分离回收到,证明上述方法分离和筛选到内生菌具有一定可靠性。

Abstract:Successfully isolated the high competitive root - coloring and stem endophytic bacteria from some solanum crops were collected from Shanghai suburb. Tomato seeds were treated with those strains, through test tube assay in half-sterile condition and on MS medium sterile process, 81 more competition strains were selected. After that, antibiotic resistance of those strains were tested. Two strains that had milti - resistance were used to treat tomato seed, which were sowed in natural soils and incubated in the greenhouse. Two months late, two strains were isolated successfully from the tomato root and stem respectively on the selected medium that contained four antibiotics. So that, this method could selected the high competitive strain of root - colon and stems endophytic bactria.
