| 摘 要： | 本文论述了水土保持是新农村建设的基础和前提,没有良好的生态环境,就不可能建设好的新农村,同时,新农村建设为水土保持工作提供了良好的社会环境和难得的发展机遇,将有力地推动水土保持工作,促进生态和人居环境的改善。

| Abstract: | This article elaborated that the conservation of water and soil is the foundation and premise of new rural reconstruction,without the good ecological environment is impossible to construct the good new countryside,simultaneously,the new rural construction has provided the good social environment and the rare development opportunity for the conservation of water and soil work,powerfully will impel the conservation of water and soil work,and promote the improvement of ecological condition and environment person occupied. |
