摘    要:以具有直观图形化编程和数字信号处理功能的虚拟仪器编程语言LabVIEW作为开发平台,采用以DAQ和信号调理电路为硬件组成的PC-DAQ测试系统方案,设计一种专门用于进行汽车运行工况调查的测试系统。该系统充分利用了虚拟仪器性能高、扩展性强、开发时间少和无缝集成的技术优势,不仅能够实现汽车运行中的车速、发动机转速、变速器挡位、节气门开度及制动器制动频度等参数的采集、测试控制与显示、数据存储与分析等功能,而且具有图形化界面、高度自动化、智能化和集成化、成本低、工作可靠性好以及节省硬件资源等优点,这使研究工作与传统的使用仪器仪表测试的方法相比,无疑更加经济和高效。

Abstract:This paper designs a specialized vehicle operating condition investigated test system,which adopts a DAQ and signal conditioning circuit for the hardware components of the PC-DAQ test system program,based on the platform of virtual instrument program language of Labview with powerful digital analysis processing and visually figure programming function.The system makes full use of high-performance virtual instrument,strong scalability,little development time and seamless integration of the technical advantages.It not only able to achieve these functions such as parameter collection,test control and display,data storage and analysis for vehicle running speed,engine speed,transmission gear,throttle opening and brake frequency,but also has a graphical interface,a high degree of automation,intelligence and integration,low cost,good reliability,as well as saving hardware resources,etc.Compared with the traditional testing method with instrumentation,this method is undoubtedly more economical and efficient.
