| 摘 要： | 由德国不来梅技术推广中心（Technologie Transfer Zentrum Bremerhaven）、德国NIG公司、中国水利部沙棘开发管理中心（International Centre of Research and Training on Sea Buckthorn）、俄罗斯北方林业研究所（Northern Research Institute of Forestry）四方共同申请欧盟委员会（European Commission）资助的国际沙棘研究合作项目--＂促进沙棘可持续利用的欧亚网络建设战略＂（简称＂欧亚沙棘网络项目＂）Establishment of European-Asia Network for Development of Strategies to Enhance the Sustainable Use of Seabuckthorn（EAN-SEA-BUCK）,日前得到欧盟委员会批准,项目安排在“第六个科技发展框架计划”The Sixth Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development的食品安全专题FoodSafety（SSA）,总投资500,000欧元,项目编号为COOP-CT-2005-016106.

| Abstract: | The old dust excessive-exploitation district in Heihe of Heilongjang Province, had caused severe of soil eroding and water pollution. The paper showed a technology of planting Hippophae rhamnoides L. for vegetation recovery. The results could be used in same district. |
