陕西辣椒疫病菌种的鉴定

摘    要:通过对3个辣椒疫病病原分离物鉴定结果表明,陕西辣椒疫病致病菌为Phytophthora Capsici Leon.病原菌的抱子囊有卵形、近球形、长椭园形、梨形和不规则形,长宽比1.5-1.6,乳突明显,没有层出现象,会脱落,带有长柄,对浓度为1:8×106的孔雀绿不敏感,寄主范围广泛.此外,确认ph1的致病性较强,可用于杭性筛选.

Abstract:Three isolates from shaanxi major pepper growing regions were tested,which revealed that the pathogen of phytophthora blight of pepper is phytophothora capsici and have not found the other species of phytophthora.Sporangia are very variable in size and shape,ovoid,ellipsoidal ect,Length/breadth ratio 1.5-1.6,cohspicuously papillate,not proliferating internally,caudcous and with a long pedical.The causal organism is able to grow at 1:8×106 of malachite green, host range wide.Besides,the relative virence of three isolates of phytophthora capsici from diverse geographic origins was evaluated,ph1 was the highly virulent and was more appropriate to evaluate resistance.
