| 摘 要： | 分离鉴定陕西果树线虫种类共有5属8种:柑桔半穿剌线虫(Tylenchulus semipenetrans)、穿剌根腐线虫(Pratylenchus penetrans)、伤残根腐线虫(Prutylenchus vulnus)、卢斯根腐线虫(Pratylenchus loosi)、球头大阴茎线虫(Macroposthania sphaerocephalum)、奇特伍德半轮线虫(Hemicriconemoides chitwoodi)、昏暗毛剌线虫(Trichdorus obscurus)、霍珀毛剌线虫(Trichdorus hooperi).

| Abstract: | Nematodes were collected from fruit trees roots and rhizosphere soil in Shaanxi province.Identification of nematodes isolation indicated that they consisted nine species in six different genera.They were Tylenchulus semipenetrans,Pratylenchus penetrans,P.vulnus, P.loosi.Macroposthania sphaerocephalum, Hemicriconemoides chitwoodes, Trichdorus obscurus,T.hepper and Trichdorus spp.All these were reporced for first time in Shaanxi province.The nematodes structures and biological characters were presented. |
