大白菜异源胞质雄性不育恢保关系的研究

摘    要:1991~1992年通过对35份大白菜胞质雄性不育系Cms3411—7配制的杂种一代花期雄蕊育性的系统观察,发现具有恢复能力的材料9份,其中完全恢复材料5份;具有保持能力的材料15份,高保持的材料7份;10份材料处于半保持半恢复状态;1份材料的杂种一代不育株、可育株呈1:1分离.并发现不同组合不仅存在育性分离,而且存在环境敏感性.

Abstract:35 hybrids F1 breeded with Cms3411-7-alloplasmic male sterile line of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L.SSp,Pekinesis(Lour) Olsson) were observed for stamenta fertile systematically in 1991-1992.It is found that there are nine hybrids having restoring ability, and in which,whole restoring hybrids are five;fifteen hybrids having maintenance ability,Seven of them having high maintenance ability;ten hybrids remaining in half restoration and half maintenance;One hybrid segrating fertilie plant and sterile plant at 1:1 proporation.It also be found that there are different fertile segration different surrounding susceptability in different hybrids.
