梯形渠道圆柱形量水槽水力特性数值模拟

摘    要:采用RNGk-ε紊流模型及VOF方法处理自由水面,数值模拟了梯形渠道圆柱形量水槽三维水流运动。通过对多个流量情况的计算,获得了驻点水深、水面位置、三维水流流态等圆柱形量水槽水力特性。数值模拟的自由水面位置、三维水流流态与试验结果基本一致,驻点水深的计算值与实测值的最大相对误差为4.11%,最小相对误差为0.53%。研究表明,采用的数值模拟方法,能够有效地模拟圆柱形量水槽水力特性,模拟精度能够达到量水设备要求的精度。

Abstract:The hydraulic characteristics of cylinder measuring flume in trapezoidal channel are simulated by RNG k-ε turbulence model,with VOF method tracking the free surface.The rule of stagnation point water depth,water surface and velocity distribution is obtained.The results of numerical simulation coincide well with experiment data.Stagnation point water depth maximum relative error is 4.11%,minimum relative error is 0.53%.The research showed that,numerical simulation is an available method,and its calculation precision can satisfy the demand of discharge measuring equipment.
