阻燃超低密度植物纤维材料的热解动力学分析

摘    要:利用动态热重法,对阻燃剂施加量分别为0、30%、40%的超低密度植物纤维发泡材料的TG-DSC-T曲线进行分析。结果表明,热解过程可分为5个阶段,其中爆燃阶段是控制火灾蔓延的关键,阻燃剂施加量达到40%才有理想的阻燃效果。通过预设热解反应的反应级数,对TG数据线性拟合,根据线性相关度选择合理的反应级数,建立热解各阶段的反应动力学模型,结果显示热解过程中的反应速率越稳定,则反应级数越小。

Abstract:Through dynamic thermogravimetry,the pyrolysis curve of ultra-low density plant fibre-based foaming materials(ULD materials),which were treated by fire-retardant with different dosage based on weight of oven dried fiber as 0,30%wt and 40%wt respectively,was studied.The result showed the pyrolysis curve experienced five stages and the deflagration stage was key stage to control fire spread,furthermore,the ideal purpose of fire-retardance was achieved under dosage as 40%wt.The experimental data were treated by supposing the reaction order of ULD materials pyrolysis to be 0.5,1,1.5 and 2,respectively.The appropriate reaction order of 0.5 or 2 was obtained by minimizing the difference between the calculated and measured data.Reaction kinetics equations were established and indicated that more stable is the reaction velocity,less is the reaction order.
