| 摘 要： | 运用空间经济学的有关理论,把城市土地利用看作城市空间协调的发展过程,结合土地集约利用的特殊内涵,通过分析城市土地空间结构、空间相互作用对空间结构的影响及空间功能与人类活动对土地利用的影响,提出了通过空间功能的叠加实现城市土地集约利用的设想。

| Abstract: | There is many discussions on the intensive use of urban land in recent years.In this paper,some spatial economics theories were used to explain this problem.Urban land use can be considered as a process of the spatial development of synergy.In the integrated process of the special meaning of intensified land use,the spatial structure of urban land,impact of spatial interaction to the spatial structure and influence of human activities to land use were analyzed.Finally,the assumption that the goal of intensive use of urban land could be reached through the combination of different spatial functions was put forward. |
