摘    要:为了解Pb2 污染对牧草生长的危害,实验室光照培养箱培养测定了Pb2 处理对多花黑麦草Loliumm ultiflorum种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.试验结果表明,Pb2 处理浓度≤800 mg/L时,多花黑麦草种子的萌发和幼苗生长受到促进,出现增效效应;>800 mg/L后,种子萌发及幼苗生长受到显著抑制.高浓度Pb2 处理对根生长的抑制大于对芽生长的抑制.

Abstract:In order to investigate the growth injury of grass by Pb~(2 ) pollution,seed germination and seedling growth of Italian ryegrass(Lolium multiflorum) treated by different Pb~(2 ) concentration were determined in incubator culture.The results showed that seed germination and seedling growth were promoted obviously when Pb~(2 ) concentration below 800 mg/L,and inhibited significantly when Pb~(2 ) concentration above 800 mg/L.Growth inhibition by high Pb~(2 ) concentration treatments to root was greater than that to bud.
