超声波提取月季花黄色素的工艺研究

摘    要:[目的]研究月季花黄色素的提取工艺。[方法]利用超声波作用提取月季花黄色素,考察影响黄色素提取率的因素。[结果]结果表明,超声波作用下提取月季花黄色素的最佳工艺条件为:80%乙醇、pH值2.0、料液比1:20、时间30min、提取级数3级。该条件下提取率为30.4%,色价为7.31。[结论]该研究结果为月季花的高效利用提供依据。

Abstract:[Objective]The purpose of this research was to study the process conditions for extracting yellow pigment from rosa chinensis.[Method] The extraction technique of yellow pigment from rosa chinensis via ultrasonic method was studied in this essay.[Result] The results indicated that the optimal conditions were solvent 80% ethanol,pH value 2.0,material ratio 1∶20,extraction time 30 min,progression 3 times.The extraction yield was 30.4%,and the color value of yellow pigment was 7.31.[Conclusion]This research will provide the scientific references for efficiently utilizing rosa chinensis.
