梨矮砧组培苗微嫁接技术研究

摘    要:以梨矮化砧木S2组培苗为接穗与杜梨实生砧木进行嫁接,研究了影响微嫁接成活率的因素。结果表明,选择继代培养30d左右、生长健壮、顶端具有明显新梢、基部半木质化的组培苗,经过4~6d的强光炼苗,嫁接到半木质化杜梨砧木上,在25℃左右、湿度70%~75%和适当遮光环境下容易成活,成活率高达84.8%。

Abstract:The influencing factors of the micrografting survival rate for adventitious shoots of the S_2 dwarfing rootstock of pear were studied. The results showed subcultured for 30 days, the adventitious shoot grew strongly and the top of it came out marked new tip. After 4 to 6 days being trained in strong light ,under appropriate temperature,humidity and illumination, the adventitious shoot survived easily grafted on half wooden rootstock,and the rate of survive was 84.8%.
