摘    要:现代的乳制品加工业,消毒杀菌是必不可少的重要工序。在消毒过程中消耗各种能源很大,如何降低消毒工艺中的能耗,是我国目前乳制品工业中急待解决的课题。我厂牛奶消毒,因消耗能源大,原有锅炉和制冷机功能小,随着鲜奶供应量的增加,出现了供气和制冷严重不足的问题。通过冷热料交换的改造,运行后使水、电、气、冷等各种能源消耗明显降低,每月可节约資金一万多元,成功地解决了供气制冷设备能力不足的问题,同时保证消毒设备的杀菌能力。

Abstract:In the modern milk production,the sterilization is a indispensable important procedure.A great deal of energy is consumed in sterilization.Therefore,how to decrease the consumption of energy in the technology of sterilization is an urgent issue to solve in the milk production in our country. The sterilization of milk in our factory,because of a heavy consumption of energy and a small capacity of both boiler and refrigerator, the shortages of steam supply and refrigeration have taken place with the increment of the amount of milk supply. Through the reconstruction of the heat exchange between cold and hot material, the consumption of energy to supply water electricity, steam, and refrigeration is apparently reduced and it is able to save more than 10.000 yuan each year. The issue of shortage of capacity of equipment to supply steam and refigeration is successfully solved. The function of killing bacteria of the sterilization equipment is,also, surely guaranteed.
