| 摘 要： | 为了研究适于大型肉牛———南德温牛的超数排卵及胚胎移植技术,选择11头适龄南德温牛为供体牛和9头南阳牛为受体牛,进行CIDR-FSH-PG超数排卵和胚胎移植试验。结果表明,供体牛均按时发情,反应率100%,共采胚99枚,获可用胚胎65枚,平均每头5.91枚,可用胚胎率65.0%,可用胚胎等级A、B、C级分别为38.5%、30.8%、30.7%,共移植受体9头,妊娠6头,受胎率66.67%,共产犊9头,其中产双犊3头,其余胚胎进行了冷冻保存。 |

| Abstract: | In order to study the appropriate technology of superovulation and embryo transfer of South Devon cattle,11 mature cows of South Devon and 9 Nanyangcows were selected as donors and recipients respectively,and the experiments of superovulation and embryo transfer in the system of CIDRFSH-PG were carried out.The results showed that all the donors were in oestrum at the appointed time.A total of 99 embryos were collected and among them available embryos were 65.Averagely each donor had 5.91 available embryos and the rate of available embryos was 65%.Among the available embryos the shares of grade A,B and C were respectively 38.5%,30.8% and 30.7%.Among the 9 recipients the pregnant cows were 6.The conception rate was 66.7%.A total of 9 calves were born and 3 recipients produced twins.The rest of the embryos were stored in a liquid nitrogen tank. |
