细长薄壁圆筒零件加工夹具设计

摘    要:针对薄壁长筒零件切削加工性能差的难点,改进了装夹方式,夹具中采用聚氨酯橡胶作为涨紧元件,具有变形均匀、夹紧可靠、自动定心等优点,解决常规加工过程中产生的变形,进而有效控制了工件的位置精度和尺寸精度。

Abstract:Based on bad machining performance of slender thin wall pipe,improved the mode of grip,polyurethane rubber is used for tighten component,which makes deforming uniform,clamping reliable,self-centering,and so on,which can make the generated deforming was avoided,which can make the positional accuracy and dimensional accuracy of work piece were effectively controlled.
