摘    要:实验技术人员的教学工作评价分为工作数量评价和工作质量评价。工作数量以他们承担的实验教学工作任务来评价,工作质量由其所在的实验室和学院分别对他们的教学工作进行评价。评价体现了实验技术人员不同的劳动价值。评价结果与教学工作津贴挂钩。工作数量评价结果可为实验技术人员的定编提供依据。

Abstract:The teaching tasks of technicians can be evaluated in terms of the quantity and the quality of their work. The appraisal of the quantity depends on the quantity of the experiment lessons they have taught, the quality of their work should be evaluated by their laboratories and colleges respectively. The appraisal reflects the different values of the work of different technicians, and should be associated with the allowances for their teaching tasks. The results of the appraisal also help decide how many laboratory technicians should be included on the staff.
