葡萄叶片组织结构与抗旱性关系的研究

摘    要:1991~1993年对葡萄的10个种类,品种及7个地域的葡萄叶片组织结构进行显微观察研究,结果表明:葡萄叶片组织结构与其抗旱性有密切的相关性,不同品种叶片组织结构紧密度(CTR值)有较大的差异,CTR值越大,其抗旱性越强,一般砧木的CTR值大于品种;同一品种在不同生态条件下其CTR值也有明显差异,在干旱条件下,其叶片的CTR值增大。

Abstract:Tissue structure on grape leaves from 17 varieties or land racers were ob-serred,it showed that the tissue structure was closely reiated with the drought resistance;The tissue structure tense ratio(CTR)of different varieties appeared obviously differencl.The bigger the CTR was,the hight the drought resistancl was,in general the CTR of stockwas better than the varieties;In the same variety,the CTR also had obliousy difference indifferent ecological conditions.In drought condition,CTR of leaf was increased
