巴西蘑菇菌丝体中抗肿瘤活性物质提取工艺的比较

摘    要:以产物得率、纯度和抗肿瘤活性为指标,对巴西蘑菇深层发酵所得菌丝体的先水后醇提取工艺和先醇后水提取工艺进行了比较.结果表明,先水后醇提取工艺所得粗多糖(P1,多糖纯度29.34%)和醇提物(AE1,麦角甾醇纯度5.67%)得率分别为7.62%和7.41%,PI和AE1对S180肉瘤小鼠体内瘤重抑制率分别为50.36%和56.83%:先醇后水提取工艺所得粗多糖(P2,纯度38.62%)和醇提物(AE2,麦角甾醇纯度4.18%)得率分别为5.68%和22.42%,P2和AE2对S180肉瘤小鼠体内瘤重抑制率分别为54.75%和54_34%.先醇后水提取工艺能使菌丝体中28.10%的部分得到利用(5.68%粗多糖加22.42%醇提物),而先水后醇提取工艺仅能利用其中15.03%(7.62%粗多糖加7.41%醇提物):且两种工艺所获粗多糖或醇提物的抑瘤活性差异不大(P>0.05),因此先醇后水提取工艺有更大的优势.

Abstract:With the aim to provide evidences for the comprehensive utilization of fermentation products of Agaricus brasiliensis,the water/ethanol and ethanol/water extraction processes of cultured mycelia was compared in the yield,purity and tumor inhibition.The result showed that the yield of coarse polysaccharide(P1,purity 29.34%) and alcohol extract(AE1,ergosterol purity 5.67%) from water/ethanol extraction process are 7.62% and 7.41%,respectively.In vivo antitumor test using mice Sarcoma180 model,the tumor weight...
