| 摘 要： | 本文研究了在大棚黄瓜叶片上发现的黄瓜细菌性叶斑病菌Xanthomonas campestris pv. cucurbitae(Bryan 1926)Dye 1978]。人工接种试验证明,该病菌除侵染黄瓜外,尚能侵染西瓜和西葫芦。本文为该病菌在我国的首次报道。

| Abstract: | Three isolates causing brown or yellow spots surrounded with chlorotic area of 1～2mm in diameter on cucumber leaves collected from Harbin were identified as Xanthomonas campestris pv. cucurbitae (Bryan 1926) Dye 1978 according their pathological, morphological, physiological, biochemical and serological characteristics. The inoculation tests showed the pathogen could infect cucumber, pumpkin and watermelon. This is the first report of detail study about X. campestris pv. cucurbitae in China. |
