高卢蜜环菌杂交菌株筛选初探

摘    要:提出蜜环菌单孢亲本菌株及杂交菌株的筛选标准,从114个高卢蜜环菌菌株中选出15个欧洲、北美及中国的单孢亲本菌株,通过杂交,筛选出6个具有杂交优势的组合(A3E3、A3C1、A3C3、A3C4、A3C3和A1C3)。

Abstract:A total of 114 Armillaria gallica strains were collected from locations in China,Europe and North America.From these,15 monokaryotic strains were selected for mating experiments based on mycelial growth vigor and colony morphology.Six mating combinations(A3E3,A3C1,A3C3,A3C4,A3C3 and A1C3)generated high quality hybrids exhibiting vigorous mycelial growth and producing strong,highly-branched monoaxial rhizomorphs.
