| Abstract: | The effects of boron on the anatomic structures of the reproductive organs in cotton were observed by SEM method. We discovered that, in boron deficient cotton plant, the structures of floral organs including pedicel, calyx, epicalyx, petal, pistil and stamen were all abnormal; the tapetum grew swelldiy and showed delayed disappearance, the pollen developed abnormally. |
