摘    要:食用菌是高蛋白、膳食纤维、低脂肪食品,具有较高的营养价值和保健药用价值。在现代消费市场竞争激烈的大环境下,食品包装图形设计的重要性凸显。设计者应站在消费者角度,设计食用菌包装图形,准确把握消费者心理;将包装图形设计"拟人化",融合食品包装设计理念与养生等消费理念,将其作为销售者与消费者之间的沟通桥梁。通过对食用菌包装中传统图形元素的创意设计研究,增强食用菌产品与现代消费群体的互动性,扩大市场份额;融合地域特色传统文化,以现代人的审美观念为基准,对传统图形元素进行适当变换和创新,采用现代的设计手法和理念进行设计创新,展现出地域特色文化的独特内涵和审美理念,实现地域文化的进一步传承和弘扬。

Abstract:Edible fungi are high-protein,dietary fiber,low-fat foods with high nutritional value and health care value.In the fierce competition of the modem consumer market,the importance of food packaging pattern design is highlighted.Designers should design the edible fungi packaging graphics from the perspective of consumers,accurately grasp the consumer psychology;"package the graphic design",integrate the food packaging design concept and health care concepts,and use it as the bridge of communication between seller and consumer.In this paper,through the creative design research of traditional graphic elements in edible fungi packaging,the interaction between edible fungi products and modem consumer groups is enhanced,and the market share is expanded.The traditional culture of local characteristics is integrated,and the traditional graphic elements are used as the benchmark for traditional graphic elements.By transformation and innovation for traditional graphy and in application of modem design techniques and concepts,unique regional culture characteristics has been showed in order to inherit regional culture characteristics.
