| 摘 要： | 以百合的鳞片作为外植体进行组织培养。试验结果表明 :激素浓度、鳞片放置方式、鳞片部位对诱导出芽影响较大。低浓度的激素对芽增殖效果较好。

| Abstract: | Lilium tissue culture was conducted by using the segments of the lilium bulb. The results shown that bud inducing was affected by the hormone concentration ,the bulb position in the medium and the part of the bulb .Low hormone concentration has good effect on bud propagation. |
