摘    要:从结铃性、单株果枝数、棉铃经济系数、铃重、衣分等方面比较系统地研究了陕棉2365产量构成特点,并对其部分生理特性进行分析测定.结果表明陕棉2365结铃性和棉铃经济系数较高;陕棉2365整个生育期均保持较高的光合强度,N素营养充足,为高产优质奠定了营养基础.苗期MDA含量低,SOD、CAT酶活性高,膜脂过氧化程度低,棉苗抗胁迫能力强,苗质好,生长健壮.中后期MDA和POD活性提高.此外,陕棉2365铃壳薄、吐絮畅,为高产、优质创造了有利的条件.

Abstract:The paper studied the yield component factors of Shaan 2365 from fruit retention, number of fruit branch, economics index of cotton ball and so on. And physiological characteristics of Shaan 2365 were also studied. The results indicated that fruit retention and economics index of cotton ball of Shaan 2365 were higher than that of 33B. In total growing period Shaan 2365 has higher photosynthetic rates and more nitrogen supply. Lower contents of MDA, higher activity of SOD and CAT enzyme in the cotton seedlings stage, which made the cotton seedlings more vinous, lower membrane lipid peroxidation and stronger resistance to light, temperature and water stresses. Experiment also showed that the thinner ball shell, the easier opening is one of the factors getting high yield.
